Ilah Gutierrez

Ilah is a dedicated and driven coach whose journey began in 2023 as an assistant under Coach Oscar at La Manada. She quickly proved her commitment to player development, taking full leadership of her own team and running her practices independently by 2025. Born and raised in Austin, Ilah balances her passion for coaching with her studies in nursing at ACC. She describes herself as independent, kind, and outgoing – qualities that shine both on and off the field and help create a positive environment for her players.
